Marciel went over and beyond a driver's duties while we were visiting NYC.
4 days before Christmas we called Best Executive Limo for a ride to the airport to head back to Florida.

While unloading our bags at drop off, my 11 year old daughter realized her beloved teddy bear was left at the hotel. After numerous attempts to call the hotel, additional phone calls to concierge services in Manhattan we quickly realized we were running out of time to get a 45 year old teddy bear back. Best Executive Limo saved us additional tears from my daughter and drove the 1 hr drive back to the hotel to rescue the bear! He even refused to leave the hotel without the bear! With no time to drive back to the airport, he immediately went to UPS and shipped “Boo” back home.

What amazing service he provided. I would recommend his services to anyone.

My first time to NYC with my daughter in tow. Frankly I was nervous about the transportation situation upon our arrival to JFK. The night before after some research, luckily I was happy I landed on Best Executive Limo and Abel as our driver. I then used him again on the way home. Each time was perfect. Clean, prompt, courteous. I will happily use them again and highly recommend them.
